Observation Baltimore is pleased to announce that Brian Crompwell, Vice President of Finance, has joined the firm.
As Vice President of Finance, Brian is a member of the Senior Management Team working to ensure the financial health of the organization. Brian is responsible for the development and management of financial policies, budgets, capital projects, and supervises all financial transactions. Additionally, Brian is responsible for the company’s Human Resources functions to include benefit development, administration, and ensuring adherence to personnel policies and procedures.
Brian brings a multitude of talents having worked as an accounting and finance specialist for over 25 years. Direction of accounting departments, system reviews, financial reporting and analysis, among many other management duties for both public and private corporations, is his forte. Brian’s most recent tenured experience is with Baltimore’s WYPR, NPR Baltimore News station.
