As a seasoned research consultant and RIVA trainer, she is considered by many to be one of the nation's market research industry leaders. She is expert in managing client teams, project priorities, and creatively implementing methodologies to discover intimate, underlying feelings from respondents. Debora Davis Email: debora@obaltimore.com As the Research Group's Director of Finance, Debora works closely with Observation Baltimore's senior management to ensure the financial health of the organization. As such, Debora executes financial policies, develops and keep staff accountable to budgets, manages capital, and supervises all financial transactions. Her responsibilities include client invoicing and project budgets. Debora's Human Resources' responsibilities include hiring, employee on-boarding exam administration, benefits, and assisting managers with employee accountability. Debora worked as Director of Operations with The Harbor Sales Company, was with Observation Baltimore from 1993 to 2003, and returned in 2010. Her extensive experience in financial services began at Price Waterhouse, along with an impressive tenure as Assistant Comptroller at Kirk Stieff. |

Allisa Metheny Email: allisa@obaltimore.com With a background in hospitality and finance, Ms. Metheny is expert at managing client needs. Her responsibilities include project cost projections, hospitality, invoicing, and client services. Ms. Metheny works closely with our Project Managers to ensure all client project and facility accommodation needs are satisfied. Attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of market research and study requirements have endeared her to even our most challenging of clients. |

Karen Hernandez Email: karen@obaltimore.com Karen is a seasoned research manager with over 16 years of experience in the industry. Her experience in staff training, client relations, and project management provide valuable leadership for our recruitment and interviewing team. Karen's 6 year tenure with Observation Baltimore was preceded by 10 years at Quicktest/Heakin Research. Along with an in-depth understanding of recruitment quotas and algorithm methods, Karen's exemplary interpersonal skills allow her to work successfully with clients, physicians, and staff to attain project objectives and quality recruits. |

Morgan Douglas Email: morgan@obaltimore.com Morgan joined Observation Baltimore's team upon graduation from Pace University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing with a concentration in Advertising and Promotion. She brought with her hands-on customer service experience, working in Manhattan at Border's retail store throughout college. International travel to Europe studying a variety of marketing techniques and practices prepared Morgan with a breadth of industry knowledge. In addition to gate keeper responsibilities, Morgan ensures every project detail is satisfied, assists Project Managers, provides administrative support to the project team, and cultivates and maintains the respondent database. Her professionalism, warm demeanor, and team-player spirit make Morgan a great asset to our team. |

Gisella Frisone' Email: gisella@obaltimore.com As Observation Baltimore's in-house Chef, Gisella brings over 25 years of hospitality and restaurant experience to her position. As famous as her Italian-born hospitable personality, Gisella creates fabulous and festive menus that satiate the most sophisticated palates. Although she is best known for her scrumptious desserts, her skill in anticipating a client's need is unparalleled. Gisella's team is responsible for facility preparation, food and catering, and ensuring all in-house client requests are accommodated. She and her hospitality team's priority is moderator care, and with great pleasure are proactively attentive to every client's comfort. |

Tony McCulloh Email: alec@obaltimore.com Prior to an 18-year radio career as a broadcast journalist, news anchor, and public affairs director, Tony spent many years as a top producing telephone sales rep, sales team leader and call center supervisor at Citicorp., Dial America Marketing, and Software of The Month Club between Baltimore, Maryland, Washington, DC and San Diego, California. Through an A/V tech experience, Tony learned about qualitative research and pursued a position at Observation Baltimore as a recruiter in 2008. As he quickly acquired the skills necessary for success, Tony was promoted to Evening Recruiting Supervisor and deeply enjoys working in the industry, as well as providing support and leadership to the evening recruiters. |
